Women Are Beautiful in Every Color

|

Our lives illustrate the wonderfully diverse spectrum that makes up this great rainbow of a nation. You see our beauty lies much deeper than the surface. The beauty we exude lies deep within the bedrock of our souls. It shines through with every kind word and deed and every thought provoking conversation.

It's no secret that women are the backbones of our communities, the heart of our homes. We are mothers, daughters, wives, sisters, aunts and friends.

Our lives illustrate the wonderfully diverse spectrum that makes up this great rainbow of a nation. You see our beauty lies much deeper than the surface. The beauty we exude lies deep within the bedrock of our souls. It shines through with every kind word and deed and every thought provoking conversation.

Whether we're boisterously leading the charge, or silently blazing the trail. Whether we're leading our households or leading the country. True beauty reveals itself through us each day in so many amazingly different ways.

These pictures show the beautiful clay sculpture of a woman praying created by a15-year-old girl during Million Little’s Creative Mindfulness Program inside the juvenile detention camp. She intentionally painted the praying woman in rainbow colors. Saying it was because

"Every color is so beautiful!”

She made this as a birthday gift for someone she loves and admires very much. Along with the gift she wrote a note to this special woman, powerfully stating:

"Women are beautiful in every color."
